Hobby projects now retain fewer deployments to free up storage

Summary

Vercel Hobby projects now retain fewer old deployments to manage the 10GB storage limit. The new policy keeps only the 3 most recent production and 3 most recent overall deployments, with immediate deletion for projects over capacity.

Hobby projects now retain 3 most recent production deployments.
Also retain 3 most recent deployments of any type, regardless of age.
Preview deployments no longer have specific retention protection.
Projects exceeding 10GB storage will see non-protected deployments deleted immediately.

Hobby users of Vercel should review their deployment storage usage to avoid hitting limits and ensure critical deployments are retained.
